Before the pathology exam, I thought:
of all these chapters, I THINK neoplasia, infectious disease, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, urogenital and inflammation/repair will come out. And maybe haematology squeezed in somewhere. But because my "feels" haven't been really accurate in sg, I shall not bother about this conclusion.
