Ger is a lizard landing pad.
In other words, a lizard fell on me today. Not your usual household gecko, mind you, but those that you usually see on trees outside. And that stupid thing had the audacity to scamper across my back to my left shoulder after hitting me on my right without me noticing it... until I noticed a weight on my upper left arm to see the lizard grinning wide-mouthed at me.
I regret to say that I jumped, yelled and flung everything I was carrying off... because I didn't know how else to get it away OFF me. But the lizard was quite cute, to be honest.. except that it was ON me.
It must have fell from pretty high up, because it hit me with quite some force. Ow.
